Born in Reading, United Kingdom, Drummer Mark Vincent started drumming at the age of 4 before taking up private lessons through the Berkshire Music service from 7 years old.
Mark was classically trained in orchestral percussion and piano from a young age and later discovered more contemporary styles of music as a teenager. At the age of 13, he co-formed his first band and went on to record two EPs with the group.
This then leads to the creation of the 6 headed-monster known as The Arusha Accord. With multiple releases on Basick Records, the band has toured extensively throughout the UK and across Europe and has gained fans worldwide with their virtuosic and extremely technical sound.
This video is Mark playing through The Arusha Accord’s ‘Vultures.’
Although this is the project Mark is most notably known for, he is an accomplished independent drummer and private drum tutor. He’s been described as not just sick, but “disgusting”…
