This video is of drummer, Danny Walker, playing ‘Rorschach’ from the forthcoming “Pattern Recognition” EP from Avitus. Starting in 2018, Avitus began writing the EP ‘Machina’ which featured vocalist James Dorton and bassist Nick Shaw of the monstrous prog-death metal band Black Crown Initiate.
Debuting in 2019, a few videos and play-throughs rolled out until COVID hit. The band again started writing their 2nd EP through 2020/21. After 2 singles from ‘Pattern Recognition,’ the rest of the EP is slated for 2022 anticipating possible shows once production is ready.
