David Yanofsky

I am David Yanofsky, drum programmer and guitar player for Anabiosis. I also play guitar for Enigmatic Paranoia, a progressive death metal band based out of State College, PA.

I was born in 1986 and I’ve been interested in guitar playing since a young age. I started listening to death metal a couple years ago, feeding a growing desire for more challenging music to listen to and emulate. I began recording for Anabiosis in late July of 2006, using FL Studio 5 to sequence drum samples and Adobe Audition’s multitrack interface to track everything. For guitar I record directly out of a Marshall AVT150H connected to a soundcard. I plan to have bass and vocals added to the mix and release a free demo album.

Ultimately, I hope to someday bring Anabiosis to the stage with a human drummer.
