Updates From Max Marzocca Of Natron

Natron is glad to announce that we have inked a 2 album deal with the Slovakia-based Metal Age Productions, currently home of some of the most interesting and long running european death metal bands: Avulsed, Desecration, Fleshless, Abbadon Incarnated, Putrefy and more.

We think M.A.P will be the proper support for Natron, as they are growing, motivated and one of the most active indipendent labels in the underground world scene.

After ending the deal with Holy records in 2005 we started seeking a new label home but, we've still been working hard over all this time. We had a lot of things going on like touring as headliners, supporting God Dethroned, Die Apokalyptischen Reiter and Suffocation; sharing the festival stages with Messhuggah, Obituary, My Dying Bride, Entombed, Lacuna Coil, Deicide, Brutal Truth, Pungent Stench and many others. We also faced serious line up troubles and some personal issues but still had the time to write, arrange, record and mix our 6th studio album, so we're finally ready to release the follow up to “Livid Corruption” after almost 5 years.

The new album, entitled “Rot Among Us” was recorded in our hometown, at the Golem Dungeon studio between march and april 2008, and mixed in august 2008.

Some new tracks will be uploaded during the following weeks,stay tuned! “Rot Among Us” will be released by summer 2009 ( the street date will be announced soon) and a European tour is in our plans for the fall.
