Drummer Lyn Jeffs has appeared on over 10 Death Metal releases from UK bands including Ingested, Annotations of an Autopsy, and Nexus Inferis. Lyn will soon be releasing a studio EP with his Spanish-based project, Mal.
Originally from Wales in the UK, Lyn spent most of his adult life touring and recording. Over the years he has shared stages with some of the world’s best metal drummers, who are also his personal drumming influences. Drummers like Inferno (Behemoth), Shannon Lucas (The Black Dahlia Murder), John Longstreth (Origin), Ken Bedene (Aborted), Alex Pelletier (Despised Icon), and Dave Haley (Psycroptic) among many others.
Jeanne Thomas recently connected with Lyn for an interview. It’s crazy that we first featured Lyn in 2007! Check out the audio interview below.
The video below is Lyn Jeffs performing Ingested’s ‘Impending Dominance’ at Dominion Live in Manchester, England, on Halloween night 2020.
