Doug Court is a 23 year old self-taught metal drummer out of a Rochester, NY, who mans the skins for Sirens and Sailors. Being in the metal scene for only 5 years, his background in multiple styles helps to create interesting, fitting drum parts for most modern metal. With influences from Travis Barker (Blink-182), all the way to Shannon Lucas (The Black Dahlia Murder, All Shall Perish), Doug plays both ends of the spectrum in almost every song. Touring the country full time has lead him to concentrate more on live performance, as well as staying strong to a strict playing regiment. Completely unsponsored & unendorsed, Doug plays for one reason, Passion.
