Well, it never ends, does it? We were just sent a link to a piece on Blabbermouth, that we had not seen yet and there's a reason we have not seen it. We have no problem with the idea behind Blabbermouth and sometimes, enjoy their stories. Even writing this story will probably give more attention to them, but we feel that our fans visit us regularly, because of our honesty and forthcoming. We will never compromise these two characteristics, in any of our content, ever! Obviously, the owners of Blabbermouth have nothing to do with this bashing. They are just a website that has opened the door to interactive conversation about the Metal Industry. It's just too bad that the majority of the comments are absolutely worthless to all who read them.
This story on Blabbermouth is pages and pages of people calling Malevolent Creation "Sell Outs" because Mick from Slipknot recorded a solo on the new Doomsday X album. The comments are unbelievable! Here we have all these people willing to bash the band, album and motivation of a band that is responsible for some of the earliest, sickest Death Metal available in our time! Did all these people who are so quick to jump all over Malevolent, forget about the other 9 albums that helped shape the industry we have today? or do they just not know any better… We are surprised and almost glad that Phil made his statement to the obviously, undeserving crowd of bashers. We feel that Phil did not need to explain himself or the band to any of these people and we're glad he did, because it shows his true dedication and love for the band's music. If any one of these "bashers" were at a Malevolent show, you can guarantee they would enjoy every second of it. Let's pretend that one of them got to meet the band backstage… Do you think they would have the balls to call them sell-outs or would they forget all about that and ask for pictures & autographs. You know what the answer to that question is and that is why the opinions of these people in this forum, are totally worthless!
