Monty Lamb has been a professional drummer in the Pacific Northwest for the last 30 years. On a sleepless night an idea for a new snare drum came to him. He immediately started drawing out plans to create and bring to life the snare that will become a new standard for recording and touring artists. As the prototype snare became reality, the end product, design and sound became so unique that he had to share it with other professional drummers. The feedback was so positive that the next step was to produce this new high end snare for others to enjoy. Monty has a large collection of snare drums, but none of them rival the sound and quality of his new design.
Our new Lamb Drum Co snare drums are a new design which consists of solid steel shell, plated or powder coated, built with our hardware or your hardware. Custom tailored to your desires. Standard size 5 1/4" x 14". Sizes can be custom ordered.
