Dirk Verbeuren & Peter Wildoer Video

We interviewed Dirk Verbeuren of Soilwork and Peter Wildoer of Darkane for Sick Drummer Magazine back in January. Not only are they two of the nicest and well spoken drummers I have ever met, they both share a similar love for drumming. To be able to feel their passion for drumming while interviewing them, is not something I'll soon forget. They were originally going to have their own features in the issue, but after the interview it made more sense to run a dual story.

I was totally prepared for the interview and was ready to ask them each about 15 questions. When we sat down to start the interview, it just went a different way and I didn't need any of the questions I had with me. Many of the questions written by our own Noel Smart didn't even get asked. These two guys could talk with anyone about drumming for hours and not be boring or bored.

We are happy to have both of them in the current issue of Sick Drummer Magazine , but now there's more… We have just received some 3 angle video from both guys. They recorded and edited the video exclusively for Sick Drummer.
