Canada’s modern metal masters, Threat Signal, have uploaded footage of the band recording pre-production for the follow up to their 2009 release, Vigilance.
"You may have thought lately 'where the f#*k has Threat Signal gone,“ commented vocalist and mastermind Jon Howard. “Well, we have been in pre-production for the last 5 months writing some killer new songs for our 3rd release. We plan to hit the studio within the next few months, so we will let you know the details about that soon. We will also provide studio video updates as well. But for now we've put together this short pre-production video clip of a song called ‘Fallen Disciples’. This will give you a taste of what we are up to. The new music speaks for itself, so turn up the volume, grab a beer, and get ready to have your ass handed to you."
Vigilance, the groups 2nd outing, was produced by vocalist Jon Howard and mixed by Greg Reely (FEAR FACTORY, FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY). The record was released on September 8th 2009 (N. America)) via Nuclear Blast Records and sold around 1,100 copies in its first week of sales in the United States. The CD landed at position No. 32 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
